This modern chalet is located in a quiet residential area of Can Picafort, close from the beach and with private pool. The house has all the amenities you may need and is perfectly equipped for 12 people. The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor we find the kitchen area, living room and a bedroom. On the second floor, we find the rest of 5 bedrooms, all of them with an en-suite bathroom.
The house is located in Son Bauló, a residential area of Can Picafort with its own beach. This area is perfect for those who looking for a quiet vacation. Near the chalet you will find all kinds of services, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition, it is located just 500 meters from the spectacular sandy beach of Can Picafort.
