Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff were excellent very helpful and exceptionally friendly.

Negative: Overall disappointed. The king size bed was comfortable but less than a foot of room on one side that made it very difficult to move around. Mosquitos everywhere, kept us awake and we were badly bitten. The room looked clean but under the bed was very dusty. (I lost something and had to retrieve from under the bed) Free drinks were poor quality considering the overnight cost but the worst was having to drink out of plastic glasses. Also there were no glasses in the room only paper cups for water. The previous night we stayed in a hotel that was a fraction of the cost and had fantastic glasses for room drinks and in the bathroom. There was no Yucata only pj’s made from sticky synthetic material which was very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t normally go into so much negative detail but I always check revues before booking and wish I had been better informed.
