Positive: Next to two 7-11 shops, 2 minutes walk to the beach, clean and comfy rooms with balconies, lots of bars nearby, overall great value for money.

Negative: The door lock in one of the room 27 was a bit difficult to lock (it worked but required many tries every time.)
