Positive: The owners were super nice and helpful :) we stayed in a traditional room, which was a nice change for us - everything was super clean and we could use the private onsen every time we wanted. The onsen is used by the whole hotel but the sessions are private with a maximum duration of 30 min. Before gong there I was a little worried about my tattoos but since you use the onsen privately, it didn't matter :) it was really a great experience
