Positive: The location is perfect. A straight road, 1 minute walk to the waterfront. The apartment is very modern and comfortable. It was perfect for us to have our own space and its quite large. The terrace is an added bonus.

Negative: I didn't like the late check-in time and early check-out. It was inconvenient for us. Hotels offer better times of the usual 2pm check-in and 11/12 check-out. More sound insulation is needed. The flat above was a little loud. For some reason, none of the bedrooms had light bulbs. It has a very lightly illuminated ceiling stip light and lamp, but no actual ordinary room lights, so the room was pretty dark at night.

Summary: A great stay in a great location.
