On the ground floor the hall has a direct access to a bright fully equipped contemporary style kitchen, a beautiful dining room and a spacious living room from where there are large sliding doors that lead to a pleasant terrace and garden with table and chairs and a bbq area. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity of the Costa Brava and the warm summer evenings. On this same floor you will also find a double room with an ensuite bathroom with shower.
