Mosson is a traditional and spacious Mallorcan-style villa, surrounded by beautiful gardens and with an exceptional location. Just a few minutes' walk from the beach and less than 2 km from the amenities of Puerto de Pollensa, this property offers the best of both worlds: proximity to the vibrant village life and the tranquillity of a secluded setting. Located at the end of a dead-end street, the villa enjoys absolute peace and a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for disconnecting.
With capacity to accommodate up to 6 people, Mosson has 3 bedrooms and offers stunning views of the Boquer mountains, creating a picturesque and serene environment. In addition, it has a large private pool with Roman steps, perfect for enjoying a sunny day.
On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a tastefully decorated living-dining room, with local stone walls that add character and warmth to the space. The fully equipped kitchen has a door that provides direct access to the outdoors, facilitating access to outdoor areas. On this floor, there is also a complete bathroom with a modern hydromassage shower over the bathtub. The stairs leading to the first floor lead to a double bedroom, and from there a corridor provides access to a second double bedroom, a room with two single beds and another two-level complete bathroom.
At the front of the villa, there is a large covered terrace, furnished with a wooden table and benches, perfect for enjoying outdoor dinners and social gatherings. Just to the side is the magnificent pool, surrounded by lawn, offering panoramic views of the countryside and mountains. The pool is equipped with Roman steps and is complemented by sun loungers and umbrellas so you can relax while enjoying the natural surroundings. The garden areas surrounding the pool are ideal for playing, sunbathing, or simply relaxing outdoors.
Mosson offers air conditioning available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00 to ensure your comfort during the warmest days.
Information to take into account:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.
