Sylt Liebt Dich | Apartment in Westerland, Germany
Hi there, and a warm welcome—Sylt loves you. That’s the name of this charming collection of three unique vacation apartments, located in a single-family home right behind the dunes of Westerland—practically within earshot of the beach. To the left is the Himmelsleiter, to the right the Käpt’n Christiansen Straße crossing; the pedestrian zones are just a stone’s throw away, the beach is even closer, and the sunset is right at your doorstep: the sound of the sea is included here if you leave the windows open.
Apartment 1 has three rooms and is located on the so-called “warft” level—that is, halfway down a flight of seven steps in the basement. With its ground-level windows and airy furnishings, it’s very bright, and red accents add pops of color. This apartment features one double bedroom and one single bedroom; its decor includes a little bit of everything you might like—a touch of IKEA, some antiques, a hint of maritime style—and reveals that the homeowners are dedicated, all-around handymen with a lot of heart. Highlight: In addition to the guest garden with a clothesline and parking spot, “Sylt liebt Dich” even offers storage space for SUPs or surfboards. Tip: Combined with “Sylt liebt Dich” Apartment 2, it’s perfect for 5 people!
