The security deposit applies to 12 people; each additional person pays a surcharge per night.
A security deposit of €350.00 is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent. The deposit will be refunded after departure.
Electricity, water, and heating are included.
Bedding, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The visitor’s tax is due before arrival.
Parking spaces are available free of charge.
The owners have carefully selected the furnishings, placing equal emphasis on style
and practicality. Especially if you’re spending your vacation with several
families, you’ll appreciate the benefits of this home
. You can either eat together in the large dining area downstairs or
use the upstairs living and dining area, which is just as beautifully furnished.
Each living room is equipped with a large, internet-enabled TV. A
PlayStation 4 is available, and you can access the JBL sound system via your cell phones. Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is provided. The house also features two fully equipped kitchens, so there are few limits to your culinary experiments!
“De Hüttspott” can accommodate approximately 14 people, who can sleep in the cozy double beds. Two rooms feature high-quality bunk beds as well as a pull-out bed. The house also has three bathrooms with showers (some en suite) and two guest bathrooms.
Young guests are sure to be particularly interested in the dedicated play area.
The toys available there are free to use. Plus, a ping-pong table and a foosball table provide plenty of fun!
Of particular note is the 2,300-square-meter property, which truly offers something for everyone at
: whether it’s a play tower, a sandbox with a water pump, an in-ground trampoline, a fire pit, or a sun deck! Of course, there’s also a Weber charcoal grill and a large dining table.
